Your Southeast Valley Specialist

My wife and I have lived in the Southeast Valley since 1979 and have raised our two grown children here. I am originally from the Chicago area and graduated from Purdue University in Lafayette Indiana. I spent 32 years in the high tech industry working for Motorola GenRad Intel and Microchip.

While at Intel I spent 14 years in their sales organization. During that time I received extensive training in both sales and negotiation. These skills have served my clients well when applied to their buying or selling real estate.

I have been a real estate investor in the valley since 1994 focusing on single family homes. I am a member of the Arizona Real Estate Investors Association and the Phoenix Real Estate Club as well as being a member of the National Arizona and Southeast Valley Associations of Realtors.

If you are considering selling I will work hard to sell your home at the best possible price and the least amount of time. If you are looking for a home I will work equally as hard to find you the home of your dreams.

In either case I will leverage my background in technology to use the latest tools in the Real Estate Industry and our team of experienced professionals here at Realty One Group to get the job done. It is always my goal to exceed your expectations.
